At Kingdom Life Fitness, we stand behind everything we create. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
THE SHORT VERSION: Apparel — 30-day returns for defects or wrong items. Digital products — no refunds once accessed, but we'll work with you if there's an issue.
Apparel & Physical Products
We want you to love your KLF gear. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, we will make it right.
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Defects & wrong items: Full refund or free replacement — your choice
- Size exchanges: Contact us within 30 days; exchanges subject to availability
- Sale items: Final sale — no returns or exchanges
To initiate a return, email us at info@kingdomlifefitness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, etc.).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (protocols, guides, playbooks, downloadable content), all digital purchases are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly at no charge.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Coaching packages: If you are unsatisfied after your first session, contact us — we will discuss a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Memberships
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.
